Found a tour of the E3 1996 show floor, Virtua Fighter 3 looked incredible, would have loved to have been there.

One thing I don't want is another Allan Wake situation where after they showed it and E3 and I put in a pre-order it didn't finally get released for 5 bloody years.
Then it was gooseberry fool and I never even played it when I did buy it :fp: .

Screw you Mr Wake :x .

Still one of my favourite E3 moments, Sony trolling the gooseberry fool out of Microsoft to massive applause:

It was pretty much all downhill from there for Microsoft Xbox.

Sure they've gained ground since, but any chance of them being top dog this generation died that day.

“But I don't want to go among mad people,” Alice remarked. “Oh, you can't help that,” said the Cat: “we're all mad here".
