Forget it - they would seem to have included in said fan kit a massive two tunes - 'zombie shuffle' and 'detective washington' - very generous of them....

Money is definitely pretty tight in the Director's Cut.

I've gone through all but one of the stages using only the standard magnum (albeit a maxed-out one).

I got quite a stash of cash after the prison stage, though.

I wonder if the game will get a massive sales boost after featuring in the latest issue of Private Eye?

I can actually see what they're getting at, too.

It wouldn't surprise me.

Isn't the blonde mutant called 'Uma'?

Director's Cut mode finished. Didn't see Adrian Chiles anywhere. Dual-wield is awesome - all the bullet-hell madness of co-op, but without the need for actual friends! Unfortunately the batteries in my second remote died after a couple of minutes.

At least now I have a load of cash to blow on weaponry. Is the (in-game) Hand Cannon any good? Better than the regular magnum?

Is it possible to stop the gun reloading all the time when you use the Hand Cannon? It constantly reloads just at the wrong time because it thinks I've waggled the pad when all I've done is moved the gun about half an inch to aim. It makes the peripheral all but useless for me :x .

A few people seem to have been suffering from that problem. It has happened once or twice for me, but certainly not with any regularity (I'm using Hand Cannon's too).

I had this happen to me but I moved my sensor bar, replaced my batteries and it seemed to resolve the problem.

The only time this happened to me I recalibrated and it seemed to go away. At the same time I now tend to hold the gun near to the body - works well if pulled into the waist and if your hands really are that shakey use your other hand to steady with as well - rather than holding with an outstretched arm where small movements tend to be amplified at the gun end.

Basically, with the in-game hand cannon, one shot puts down pretty much anything, rather than having to use tow or three shots - its just a different way to play.

Only tried the first fifteen minutes, of the standard copy, or so, but:

- Should the game really be that dark?
- the game seems to stutter/ slow down from time to time? is it pushing the Wii to the max?

It's much worse on the second level.

Probably not. The blame should be on the developers.

Still an amazing game though

Some people seem to have had more problems with this than others, its not to say it isn't present in the game, but it does seem that the condition of your Wii can make it worse.

Did you get a Hand Cannon? It feels great using that rather than just the remote.
