I've been vaguely ill with a slight cold for a week or so, but felt great yesterday and cycled to and from work again (drove last week while my chest was tight). Today it feels like my throat is being raped every time I swallow.

Such a bastard; I thought I was alright again.

Just took my second sick day off ever. I don't know what the strawberry float is wrong with me, I keep going from being too hot to too cold and puking everything up. :cry:

I'm so not used to this, I only ever throw up when I'm drunk or hungover.

Not in the last few days but I did eat leftovers yesterday. I've kept water down for the last few hours, I should eat but I really don't want to.
