Really? What did they take issue with?

Chat about fraudulent credit card transactions following using them. I told them to basically do one or speak up to their customers instead of blaming forums for hosting those conversations.

I have to say, ShopTo is great for getting games quickly and before release, but its customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

ShopTo read these boards?

Tbh I think ShopTo are a fantastic site who provide frankly incredible customer service.
