Where you off to next?

I have several shrines that I need to complete, so my plan is to get all of those done and then have a proper root around the Zora area of the map.

Also, my side-quests are starting to build up so I might try and polish a couple of those of.

Good plan. I decided to give the volcano a go. It was the next area along and I could glide to near the tower so figured by not.

Although I do need to drop back for a but and build up some funds by trying out the food farming thing as I have naff all rupees right now and I don't like being a skint link

Meat skewers are a good one for earning cash - cook 5 bits of any type of meat and you'll get a good return, the better the meat the bigger the prize! Most wildlife will drop 2 or sometimes even 3 bits of meat when killed.

Sweet, I've been eating it but I guess as all I need is it to refill hearts I can just eat stewed fruit for that as there are gooseberry fool loads of apple everywhere.

Yeah the slightly annoying thing is that most of the food that is worth good cash is also some of the best for restoring hearts!

Once you find a good region for harvesting meat you can get enough to satisfy both your money and health needs - there are a few places where you get regular drops of gourmet meat which really brings in the big bucks!

I think I'm about ready to move on from the Zora portion of the map now. I've now cleared every shrine I've come across thus far, also managed to knock off a couple of side quests, natch.

Boom! I headed northwards from there, in my shad it seemed the next logical place as there wasn't a tower too far away in that direction towards the volcano.

I've not got much left to do in the base game now, down to the last few shrines and quests - may have to pony up for the DLC soon!

I've made some good progress. Headed to the volcano and have reached Fireblight Ganon but currently unsure how to beat him after he reaches his second phase of attack.

Really enjoyed the Goron area on the whole, I've a plethora of shrines saved up to have a bash at too.

The scourge of Goron City has been eliminated and I've moved onto the area of the map containing the Lost Woods. Think I'm up to around 35 shrines.

Good going, Drum! I haven't done much gaming in the past fortnight and I need to get back into this. When you say that you've "saved up" shrines, does this mean you've located them but haven't tackled the challenges yet?

Yes. I activate them so that I can warp to them later down the line (if I don't feel like doing them at that point in time).

I really need to get back into this, think I'm around the volcano exploring when I was last on it.

Gone of wandering and least gathering also done a bunch of side quests and things.

Got the tower south of the plateau seems pretty grassy so figured it would be a good spot to collect meat and that also doesn't seem that many baddies about.

The earings are a bit pointless aren't they? I've spent so many minerals fully upgrading them and their affects aren't as good as the usual head ware....I honestly thought when i bought them all it was going to be additional to the headgear. Oh well. They do have better defence, but then you lose the full outfit bonuses.

Unlocked another area to the side of the volcano. Another big plain so going to use that for meat hunting too.

The current plan is to get to a few thousand rupees befor continuing on
