Finally, popped into the milk bar at night on day three to see about getting the postman's hat, but he wasn't there. I think you might have to do something beforehand to make him go there? I just can't quite remember. Damn you, faltering memory!

Isn't that all part of the Anju-Kafei quest?

I think so, yeah.

It's one of those things where I can't really remember what you have to do. I have a feeling I only ever did it the once, back when it was new. I'll have a crack at it later though, should be fun!

 I am going to complete it before Christmas.

Zelda and Shenmue both remind me of this awesome time.

Did you get it done in the end?

I think it's been close to a year since I left poor old Link in the Zora area. :fp:

I am thinking of restarting it (again), but need a good few month stretch to enjoy and complete it. I want to try and get every mask and do most, if not all of the side quests and put this one to bed once and for all.

I've never really got on with Majoras Mask. I never really 'got it'...

...but, damn, I certainly get it now.

Downloaded it off the VC last night to play through component. Started it this afternoon, and spent 4 hours straight, getting past the first dungeon, further than I have ever got before on my multiple attempts at the game.

It's brilliant. I'm itching to get back to it, but have stopped to watch The Apprentice.

Really feel like I'm in for a treat.

You are in for a treat, it creates a certain moody atmosphere and along with the spectacular tunes it really is awesome. Just make sure you complete it, unlike me!

The game itself is excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only flaw I found with it is that there's just too much to do in it that without a decent guide it's easy to miss much of the game's content. I had the exact same problem with 3D Dot Game Heroes, great game but far too much contrived nonsense that you'd never think of doing. Come to think of it the Tales series is also guilty of this.

Also the emulation on the Gamecube version is pretty bad, crashes all the time. If you wanna play the only way is with an N64. You could use a Wii but the classic controller is horrible, you can't even play SNES games with that thing.

I'm depressed because I never had the chance to play it. I wasn't allowed an N64 and buying a decent one second hand has been a mission.

I'll hopefully be rectifying this soon. I hate knowing I've mission out on some awesome amazeballz games.
