You should realize by now that all you EVER get for sidequests are gratitude crystals. He'll give it to you eventually.

Not sure. I did what you're supposed to do *WINK* and gave the letter to Karane, this triggers a sequence of events that ends with Pipit and Karane becoming a couple. After that, Cawlin is completely upset. I noticed I still had the letter in my inventory so I gave it to the ghost then, which disappears afterwards. After that, the kitchen lady complains about Cawlin crying in his sleep at night, I guess that's the next side quest, but I have no idea what to do there....

It's the same result regardless of whether you do it right or not. I didn't do it right, either, for example.

But Karane and Pipit give you some gratitude crystals as well... Wouldn't you miss out on those?

Well tbh, it looks like they'll get together anyway. That's why I didn't give the twats letter to her because I didn't want her choosing him for some bizarre outcome.

But now she'll never know that Pipit loves her! Maybe she'll turn to Cawlin out of desperation!

As Chalky said, whichever side you go for, you'll end up with the gratitude crystals either way.

Oh my god

How awesome would a Zelda Lego theme be?? Sets for all the most famous locations from the Zelda games. All the cool houses, they could make functioning sets for some cool parts from temples. Man.

Good job, I think we both know that he is in for a treat. :)

Maybe you should go into the Cawlin's room at night after giving the letter to the ghost...

Also: It is my understanding that you only get one set of gratitude crystals either from the ghost or from Pipit/Karane.

If you give it to the ghost then I think you get the gratitude crystals from it and the Pipit/Karane story should stop. Likewise if you give the letter to the Karane then you get the crystals from her instead and the ghost stops appearing in the bathroom even though you didn't give it the letter.

The same thing happens later on: you either tell the item check girl you love her or push her away and appease her father. Either way, 5 crystals are yours

I discovered the minesweeper type game in the second main area yesterday. Seems like a good idea for a minigame (but you can lose track of whats where. Good source of rupees too if you use this tool;

Of course it's 2012 and the first thought for any kind of film or videogame or fantasy universe is obviously "oooh it'd be great as a Lego set" but I was imagining how cool a scaled down OoT Water Temple or Fire Temple would be.

There's some stuff on Youtube and google, but it's not much really.

Sorry for the OT. I still need to play SS. Can't wait.

I'm happy enough with LotR's Lego gooseberry fool. But Zelda would absolutely blow my mind.

Finally started this. Playing on a tiny 4:3 CRT screen which make the actual image about 20x40 centimeters, but apart from that it's all good. Well, apart from the super slow beginning. Finally got the sword and rescued my redbird after scrolling through countless paragraphs of texts.

I think I've sunk about 10 hours into this today.

It strawberry floating owns.

However, after the Faron Water Dragon and I went in to get theflame, the second I realised it was another blummin' temple I thought 'Nope, bedtime'.

Wasn't impressed by having to go back to the Forest Temple though. Padding at its most cynical.
