Not yet. I'll let you have another go before I start giving out tips. Just be sure to have a good look about for things to grip on to.

I've just been trying to do the amiibo cave of ordeals thing. I get to a room with an ice floor and loads of ice enemies and the lock on just can't really cope. Got one of the javelin bastards in, the little ice puck things (which are a huge pain in the arse when wolf link) and ice keese. Plus some big ice walls just to get in the way. Aything that touches you freezes you. Some serious BS. Died twice now. The amount of times the lock on causes me to move into something.

Getting all the Poes- not worth it (apart from that sweet sweet satisfaction). The Cave of Ordeals is a different thing. As is the Caves of Shadows.

Well I finished this tonight. Awesome climax. Awesome game. Got all hearts. All bottles. Max quiver and bomb bags. All poes and all bugs. Only thing I need to do is collect 6 stamps. Which I might do.

Just took nearly an hour to get the last round on the City in the Sky boss! Done now, but grrr...

I noticed in the Trade thread that Coconut Bob was selling a copy of the game. The game is (I am assuming) a stand-alone version i.e. not with the amiibo, as the packaging only shows the PEGI 12 logo and not the giant German USK rating symbol:
