Link is woefully underpowered. Ive found some decent weapons, but I keep wandering off, killing insignificant monsters and then the weapons break ffs. I think Im a the rito campsite now, so it should just be ahead. I can see where the beast is.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

I have questions, if they could be answered in a relatively spoiler-free way that would be awesome;
Is it possible to go to Hyrule Castle without triggering (what I assume) is the final boss fight?
Is it sensible to go there, IE is there anything to do there?
and at what point would it be worth attempting (roughly). After a few boss fights? When you've got 10 hearts..? Help me out here dudes.

I haven't done these things yet, but I think there's an in-game answer to this pretty early on: there is an NPC in one of the first stables you're likely to come across who can tell you various ways to sneak into Hyrule Castle and asks you to seek out some loot that you can only find there. The stable is Riverside Stable if you want to talk to her. Since you're likely to find that stable fairly early on, I think the intent is for you to sneak in and out without triggering any big fights.

Only just noticed that if you scare a goat in long grass they'll charge away cutting up the grass as they go :wub:

Using the warp less than 10 times has added a chunk of time and I've dragged my feet a bit the last 20 hours or so. But given how rich the game world is and how fun just playing around, exploring and discovering new things is, I'd feel like I was robbing myself of enjoyment if I were to try and finish it in anything less than 100 hours.

I think people who come in at under 80 hours will be very surprised how much more to the world there is and I don't mean just Koroks.

Gerudo dungeon? Found the camera and framerate really off putting in the fight.

Use magnesis on the metal pillars to shock him.

Tonight I hope to push myself towards Rito land.

I didn't have any problem with the first and second "Phases" just the third one. It was parrying that saw me through though.

Holy gooseberry fool, when the Stone Talus punches the Guardian into the river! strawberry floating knock-out :lol:. Is this actually supposed to happen or was it just a fortunate bug? They don't seem to be taking health from each other.

I imagine it's because only *you* can damage bosses. (Though I'm sure a Hinox damaged himself on a fire I lured him through at one point.)

More likely because the Stone Talus is only damaged with direct hits to the crystal.
