Holy strawberry floating balls this game is amazing.

Have been hunting down every last Korok in the world before picking up the final ones on a second run through Hyrule Castle.

After hunting all day I've got to the last one and it's in Lake Hylia of all places. I warp to the nearby tower and wait for the morning for Farosh to appear. Before he does, using Rivalis Gale, I launch myself into the air amongst the rain and emerging lightning and start drifting above Lake Hylia. Looking down it was so gorgeous. I'd never seen it like that before, the morning mist was across the lake and I could see the low hanging mist sitting all over Hyrule. Just as I thought it couldn't get any more amazing Farosh's head emerges from the clouds and begins to accompany me on my journey.

It was just spectacular, I recommend everyone try and replicate that, it was astonishing.

Anyway, all cleared up across Hyrule now. As long as there's nothing I've missed I'm not aware of I'll hit 100% tomorrow.

Where is this? I've got all the shrines and done all the side quests but I've somehow missed this... (I only have the knight's bridle and extravagant saddle, so I'm missing the two counterparts to those I assume)

Hit every target in the Horseback Archery. I guess for the Bridle you only need to hit over 20, but even if you got all of them you would need to do it again for the saddle.

It never made it clear that there was a second prize to be won :(

I assume the Extravagent bridle is also from redoing its respective challenge.

245 hours

Less than I thought but I did use a guide for 400 or so Koroks, but then if you didn't I think it'd be impossible.

Last time I looked I was on 220 hours and I've only got 400 Koroks. I haven't used any guides though..

No wonder my wife is leaving me.

Anyone know a good place to farm Stealthfin Trout?

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

245 hours :o .

The game has been out for eight weeks... using hyper advanced scientific mathematics, that's around 31 hours each week... Wow!

But, hey, being the first GRcadian to 100% the game is pretty cool :toot: .

Jesus! Im not sure how long I've done. I've done two beast and I'm a tiny bit bored. I think for me at least a little more direction and "hey go to the place" would be nice.

Go and discover is great but I do tend to loose interest a bit.

Annoyingly, I think I would be getting on better on Switch because of the out and about I could do some at work and that but oh well, one day maybe.

What are people most surprised by at the 245 hours. That I've played it for that long, that it takes that long to do or something else?

I think the fact you've effectively had a full-time job as the Hero of Time for the last two months might have something to do with it .

DLC Pack 1 details revealed (and stolen from Neogaf)

Trial of the Sword
When you get to a certain sacred location, you can take on the new "Trial of the Sword" challenge. Face an onslaught of enemies, one wave after another. Link starts the challenge without any equipment or weapons. When all the enemies in a room are defeated, Link proceeds to the next. Clear all the trials (about 45 rooms in total), and the true power of the Master Sword awakens.

Hero's Path Mode
This new map feature shows the path Link has walked through Hyrule from the last 200 hours of gameplay. Use the time tracker bar to see where you've spent the most time and where you have yet to explore. There's bound to be more adventures and maybe a shrine or two on the road less traveled.

Hard Mode
In Hard Mode, enemies gradually regain health, so take them out as quickly as possible. All enemies are also powered up by one level. For example, Red Bokoblins in Normal mode are now Blue Bokoblins. Enemies can also have higher maximum levels than they would in Normal mode. Look up, and you may also find enemies and treasure chests in the sky!

Travel Medallion
Somewhere in the world, there is a chest with a Travel Medallion inside. When you use this, you can register your current location as a fast travel point on the map. You can only register one location using the Travel Medallion.

More Armor
There are 8 treasure chests placed around Hyrule containing armor themed after previous The Legend of Zelda titles. Watch for tips as to the whereabouts of these chests as you travel around Hyrule.

Korok Mask
The Korok Mask is also hidden in a treasure chest somewhere in the world. While wearing this mask, it shakes whenever Link is near a hidden Korok location. There are 900 Koroks hiding in Hyrule, so this should help you discover quite a few of them.

Considering this looked like it would be the DLC pack that was lowest on content there actually seems to be a fair amount included, although I was hoping the hard mode would perhaps mirror the world or add some new challenges to shrines. Either way, looks to be a good amount of content, loving the new armour sets and masks and the Korok one in particular will come in handy as I'm crap at finding them.

I've still got a fair amount of content I didn't touch on my main playthrough (60 shrines left, sidequests, plenty of Koroks) and was saving it for this so I'm sure I'll be ready to put a good chunk of extra hours in once this comes out.
