First point. Yeah I thought those ruins were clearly meant to be or are referencing Lon Lon Ranch. Similar building layout and proximity to the castle.

Wow, the whole of Rudania was crazy easy. Was worried I'd be up late getting through it but was don't in 20 minutes. Little disappointed with that whole section of the game tbh.

I think the overall quality of these 'dungeons' may end up damaging the replayability of this.

So I'm ready for the final assault now. A few things to mop up, the last memory for one, a few sidequest bits I've already completed but need to revisit the person for, maybe a half dozen Shrines I've located just not journeyed to. Travelling around the map to do all that and pushing to the end will probably be a good 15-20 hours which I think will bring my final game time somewhere in around 140 hours

After that there's a whole bunch of islands I haven't visited, going to remote parts of the map I never got round to and doing all the rest of the Shrines which I guess will knock it above 200 comfortably :datass:

By that point my super deluxe guide will have turned up and I can chase down those Koroks

I said this to someone cool who I shall not name but I feel like this is a game I could play forever. But it's a game I never ever want to play again. Which is a shame because I could pick up just about any other Zelda and play through again and enjoy them.

The blood moon strawberry floats me off, literally a giant troll face in the sky. Always at the worst time as well.

I had that with a guardian I'd just taken out. Took it out, Blood Moon, Stabbed me.

It's a horrible horrible addition to the game.

Just warp to a village and do some cooking, ffs. You get guaranteed bonuses for your food.

Its only done me once in the game and it wasn't as bad as your scenario.

I still have a third of the map to discover and am around 55 hours in with so many sidequests and shrines to do. Not sure whether i will get all of those korok seeds, but it means this game will keep on giving well into next year. Can't wait to play it on the go when i get a switch later on this year. Fantastic game and best of this generation and probably ever, although its not perfect. I love how the small things are just so enjoyable such as the sound when you get a new item or scaling a mountain with just a bit of stamina left and using the x to climb yourself up that last bit!

I was never once strawberry floated over by the Blood Moon during my 70 hours with the game. Guess I was just lucky.

I must be 40-odd hours in and have had none of these Blood Moon issues ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Nope, as is very obvious from every game thread I post in when I play a game I suck at games, so for me having all the bastard things reappear is a nightmare.
