You can't if it is raining

But yes. I'm lazy though. I never make fires, I just set gooseberry fool on fire with weapons.

On to my third megazord now. Hoping I'm not rushing through this too quick but it's too fun.

I just mean it's ironic, it think it is raining most the time.

Now throwing jellies is something I have never thought of before :o

If its raining and you can find a little overhang, you can put some wood down and set fire to it to make an impromptu camp fire and make the rain pass. It works as long as the rain is cut off because the rain behaves correctly. I made a little fire half way up a cliff when it started to rain.

That is cool how rain works properly. I've only found one glitch where it was raining inside a cave, where a shrine was, but maybe it was for effect, who knows.

I've seen at least one monster outpost you can't get onto unless it's raining and water pools around it, then conjure an ice tower with sheika slate, climb it and jump on. You might be able to glide there. There's no stairs. Stumped me for a couple minutes. It's in an area where it's almost always raining.

It may have just been me noticing the water was there because the rain was splashing in it though... But I think I have seen water pooling on the ground only when it's raining or the water level rises. Probably an under utilised thing.

I never noticed anything like this. I came across a few outposts that were circled by water that you had to ice yourself up onto, but I'm pretty sure the water was there with and without rain.

3 megazords down and feeling pretty good. It seems like bosses in this are more about gearing up to strawberry float than puzzle solving. That's fine though. If you want old Zelda then play Twilight Princess.

Quick question that I don't want to look up online incase of spoilers.

Stones like amber, saphhire etc-do i just want to sell? Or do they have another purpose?

They can be used to upgrade rarer armour sets.

Met my first Divine Beast, the one that has a sandstorm and electricity. Died immediately. I only have 4 hearts and not much in the way of decent weapons (all low 20s)

Should I just go somewhere else and return in 40 hrs or so?

I think there are easier beasts to tame first without going into specifics

Earlier on I made stupid amounts of money selling meals. You also end up with stupid amounts of monster parts, although there are other uses for that (including getting new items), I can barely remember how to make an elixir and strawberry float it up 50% of the time, so I end up with hundreds of some of them.

Holding onto no more than 30 or so of anything gets you most places.

Got a bunch of gear for cold, climbing and electric resistance. Only one tower left to climb I can't yet so cos it's too hot. About to start my second divine beast,
the flying one.

 Best game since the Witcher 3 for me. Shame I have a bunch of chores to do.

I'm around the same as you then, only done the 1 Beast. Missing the climbing pants, have all my cold gear too. Only got the rubber pants though so need to find the other bits.

My loading screen 'stats'

Learned an easy way of dealing with Lynels (After 5 attempts at beating a damn Zebra coloured one near a Maze) use high ground and jump/slow-mo arrow shot to the face, mount and whack that horsey, rinse and repeat. Didn't get hit once using that method.

Did anyone wear the Switch T?

My current outfit (I use the Korok mask though)

I'm up to the 3rd divine beast, have done a load of shrines and towers and have no idea how you have that armour

I have the Hylian armour, the sets from Zora's domain, Death mountain, the jumper for the cold and just found some barbarian armour at a shrine.

All towers climbed \o/

I seem to be stumbling upon less and less shrines though

That one is by far the hardest of the four!

Typical. First one I found. Took aged trudging across the map. I'm not massively getting this game I'll be honest
