4pm! I have never slept in that late in all my life I hate that wasted the entire day feeling you get which happens when you wake up past noon.

I've been waking up around 2.30pm. I'm not quite back to my 4pm wake ups but I surely will be soon. I blame Mr Johnny Ryall for making me depressed and adversely affecting my sleep patterns.

In hospital last January, I had that for two days straight. Didn't sleep a wink, just spent 48 hours pacing up and down the ward/walking around the hospital. Ended up being sedated in the end.

Worse feeling ever.
