I was woken up by someone in the same flat banging cupboards/doors at 0530 this morning so it seems that, whatever is going on with the water, they don't seem too bothered by it.

My new neighbours have had running water going in their bathroom for 36 hours now. When I'm in my bathroom I can hear it; it's like a bath is being filled or something.

Where is the water going? It's not pouring out the overflow or anything. What can they be doing?
