It's alright, but there are some bits where even when the game is making the sounds, there's no rhythm to it, it's just sounds. Only occasionally are there bits where it goes with the music in the background.

I can appreciate that it took a very long time to make, and is actually pretty skillful.

I assume that this is one of those Mario levels that essentially "plays itself" if you leave the controls alone. The synch with the music is pretty impressive, though.
