There are no laws against being naked in public. If there was, he would be arrested and convicted for that.

While the old bill are at it, they can arrest some of these people as well. Oh wait, they don't bother with these people....

Breach of the peace covers his public nudity in this instance. You don't just let grown men do that. I've never expected to be afforded the opportunity.

If you think that a bloke walking naked is deserving of arrest and imprisonment, then that's up to you. I really do not see the problem.

I note you haven't brought up "the law" again though or commented on the links to the naked cyclists. Are they not doing the same "strawberry floating obsessive nonsense" as the rambler?

Is it the police's fault? Probably not fully their fault, no. If a member of the public complains then they have to respond. Should a case like this go all the way to court and end up with a man being sent to prison for 6 years? I would argue not, waste of time and money and he really isn't harming anyone.
