It's amazing that no matter how many times Nintendo screw the fans by under supplying hardware fans clearly want those same fans will forgive them and flock to the next time they pull exactly the same trick.

Any chance of calling Super Mario All Stars + SMW a single title :shifty:

It's available as a single ROM on the high seas, after all...

So basically what you are saying is that because Nintendo 'under supply' products people want...they shouldn't want them any more?

You understand that doesn't make any sense, right.

No, I'm quite clearly saying that Nintendo have been pulling the same stunt for decades and I'm hardly the first person to make this observation.

So when you said they were 'screwing the fans' and that it was 'amazing' that they 'forgive them and flock to the next time', you weren't suggesting that they shouldn't be interested in the next Nintendo product?

I don't want to completely derail this topic by getting into a pointless and unwinnable argument with you as every argument is so I will just say that I stand by my comment and if you disagree then fine, I can live with that.

Its not an argument I was just asking for some clarification.

What do you think Nintendo fans ought to do if Nintendo release a SNES Mini and as they will no doubt do put limited supply into the market?

As you might be able to tell, although that is something they obviously do, from my point of view I don't think they are 'screwing' anyone and are in fact just making conservative business decisions. I'm sure if there was a way they could guarantee that everyone who wanted to buy one of their products could get one at the price Nintendo want to sell it at, without them having to make more than are required for that then they'd do it.

Unfortunately under and over supply of consumer products is just how things are.

I really hope the European version isn't based on the top image.

I still have my SNES in the garage (along with a box of about 40 games). Not really feeling the appeal of this, I had F-Zero on the Wii U and it looked utter gooseberry fool. I'll be leaving this with my memories, in the past.

Yes?

Shame about the frame rate in Starfox.

Indeed, hopefully Switch emulation has a crisp image like the NES Mini.

Also, as we're doing GIFs...

For futuristic hover cars they're disappointingly slow at only 350kph.
A Veyron would crush them.

I'd love to see Skyblazer on a system like this however since it was published by SONY I'd assume it just wouldn't happen.

Seeing as Bomberman has been brought back from the dead can see that being on there too.
