I read that as "small training motorcycle" Im like, how the hell does riding one of those tiny motorbikes help recovery??
Im taking this week off everything to let my knee recover. Might go do some swimming on the weekend, but nothing high impact. Hopefully itll be a bit better next week. I think i did it doing a deadlift. I seem to remember a while ago feeling something in my knee while lifting that made me think "oh gooseberry fool, that doesnt feel right". Good luck with the foot!!
