While I'm still eating *actual foods* for breakfast, the supplement (and the fact I lost half a stone in May which has me even more motivated) has helped me get rid of my fear of not taking on board enough food in the morning and so I've cut my breakfast by about half. I'm kind of fearing that's too drastic a calorie cut, but the fact is I've not felt it hamper my morning workouts, nor do I feel extra hungry post-workout and so I'm not overeating then, either.

Try Creatine. Cheap and absolutely works. Makes the recovery between work sets so much easier.

dont bother with that loading bollocks - 1-2tsp a day with a flavoured drink to wash it down (tastes disgusting).
