He's not been perfect for us but at this point I'm not convinced we'll get anyone better in to replace him.

Not keen on that choice.

He'd get you out of the Championship. The wrong way though.

It has been a while since we visited the third tier of English football so why not!

Not Kean on that choice.

Fixed.

At least Bruce will be able to console himself with a kebab tonight.

Poor Moyes, what a climb down for him.

Got a bit of conundrum. I booked trains tickets to Nottingham to watch Forest play Norwich several weeks ago before the tickets came out, to get a decent price (they were still £51 return). A mate of mine said he might want to come, and would get back to me. He's kept divering and now the away tickets are sold out. I would probably by a home ticket (which I don't really like doing as I always feel weird), but you need prior purchase history (or to buy something else in the future).

So now I've got a bit of an issue, whether a buy a second football ticket to another match, or just let the £51 go as a sunk cost.

Not getting ahead of myself, we were briefly top of the league last season and went downhill shortly afterwards but it's a nice feeling however long it lasts :)

No footballer playing can rest easy about their partner/wife now knowing that JT is free at 3pm on a Saturday

Dean Smith and Terry confirmed at villa. That's probably the least gooseberry fool outcome out of what we were potentially looking at. Hopefully come November we might actually start playing some decent stuff again.

Smith is a very good appointment based on what he's done at Brentford. John Terry as a number 2 is a little odd though, you'd think he'd prefer to pick his own number 2.

Hopefully you won't start playing well til November as we have you next week-just got my ticket in the post, first trip to Villa Park

Watch how any good results/performances will be attributed to Terry but anything bad will be put onto Smith (probably by Terry himself).
