But would it have worked? GR would've still been around at that time.

Hello I'm here by the way.

Also are we ever going to get a main site? I'm kind of interested in doing some game journo stuff.

Is it me or does going back to the old forums feel weird? It just feels wrong and like a big step back.

There won't be a GRcade main site, but if there's enough interest something could be set up under a different name with a permanent link at the top of the forum.

I'd be interested! I've been trying to motivate myself to write "off my own back" but can't without some sort of incentive, so if it happens I'd love to contribute!

And hello y'all! It's been an emotional move. No more GR... What is instantly better though is the disappearance of that bastard advetising; yay!

There's no need to be here any longer than necessary. Let's split up, look for survivors, and get out of here.

Hiya guys. I am going to try and be a better poster on this place, less random pointless topics and more down to business. Lets see how long that lasts

I'm happy to put money into hosting costs, if we can at least attempt to make some cash back through advertising, but I don't want to be responsible for designing and maintaining the whole site. If your interested Forks we can set up a thread and see if we can hook other people to do something.

Stick a thread about this in the Creative Corner section if you like guys, I'm sure there would be a few more people interested. BTW, I have the gamufi.com domain, maybe you could use that?

Hmm, of course, money is always a problem. Mind you, how much does it cost to set up a website these days? If there's enough of us then it'll be very cheap, no doubt. Only thing is I can't commit all my time to it as I'm heading into my third year at university, but I'd love to get a few things going, particularly a retro section.

Hello GRcade, gotta say its quite fascinating what has happened here. Its like the sort of thing that would happen in a film, the peasants revolting against their masters!

Damn peasants.

This place is just like GR, but with less annoyances and lovely custom avatars.

My Avatar now is a TF2 Engi, I'll be keeping that for the rest of my time here. I got extremely bored with Spiderman from the default set.
