What a brilliant game. Bring on another meeting in the playoffs!

I have a Boston Bruins T-shirt :shifty:

Although I only got it because it was made in Canada, and they're an original 6 team. I felt pretty awkward one time when I was at a restaurant during the playoffs last year and the manager came up to me because I was wearing it and started talking about the team to me. I had to tell him I just got it because it was made in Canada and he looked kind of upset but still took it jokingly. Fortunately they had already brought me my food otherwise I might have been worried.

I had a friend who was a Buffalo Sabers fan, and he would actually be refused service when going out to bars during the games because he had a Buffalo Sabers Visa.

So was it a back injury? Doesn't make it at all clear in the article.

I had to turn off the commentary on Saturday when Boston scored their third goal, couldn't listen any more. :shifty: So glad the Canucks hung on though.

Is it something you have to have espn for?

I don't have that or even sky sports now so am guessing I could never watch it? I'd be quite interested but wouldn't pay for it,

AFAIK you can't watch it legally in the UK. ESPN don't have it, neither do Sky.

Premier Sports show it but it's only available on Sky. It seems that Virgin aren't currently interested in getting it.

So they do. Interesting.

£7.99 a month though. Not sure I'd get my money's worth.

A mate of mine has that NHL gamecenter premium set up on his PS3 and iPad, and gets to watch live games all the time.

Another good win for the Canucks last night...and a tasty game with the Red Wings coming up. Could be a good one!

This thread will be even less active now that Wiggles has gone, but I just wanted to highlight that Vancouver won the President's Tropy for the second year running. 8-)

Now the real work begins.
