It's a Christmas film.

I'm sure i watched it earlier than that. Went with gf of that time. Wierd, don't have any christmassy memories of that time anyway. Mind you, as a student with no money it wasn't such a big thing.

Jack Frost is hilariously bad. I preferred the second one? It was more a comedy horror deliberately and had the mini snowmen.

I think it was more you put a '?' where it wasn't needed. I haven't seen the Jack Frost movies, but they sound hilarious.

I accidentally saw Jack Frost. The lady at the video rental store put in the horror one in, not the Michael Keaton one. Thought it was strange that the font on the VHS label is horror-esque.

Then I was staring at what I've seen and wonder where is Michael Keaton after 5 minutes. Not even th crap trailers for even worse films hinted its the wrong film. :slol:

Hiralously terrible. Even the acting. The camerawork sucks too! I end up watching the entire film, with tears of boredom, cringing and chuckling.

And do I regret it? No.

And the Michael Keaton film? Rubbish.

All valid bridges; I have to confess that they didn't cross my mind!

In my defence, I was around eight-years-old at the time of looking for such films, and was in pursuit of films of a more...er...family-friendly variety in order to drum up the happier side of excitement, rather than the fearful dimension! That's what The Nightmare Before Christmas did for me.

Fair enough. Those only occurred to me because Silent Night, Deadly Night keeps being recommended for me on Netflix because of my horror-watching history.

I love the strapline for Santa Claws: His Slay Bells Are Ringing.
