yeah it is a matte effect which does not look at all good on a F1 car :dread:

It'll be good to see it on the actual car as that was just the livery launch wasn't it ?

Yes, we won't see any 2016 cars until the test as they're all 2015 spec chassis at these events.

Well the year is off to a fantastic start with the teams launching with last year's cars with a new paint job! :fp:

Considering so many manufacturers are involved, I'm surprised they get the basics of advertising and marketing so wrong!

New Williams. Good looking car, I love the Martini branding as a rule anyway.

The Williams Martini livery always looks gorgeous.

I quite like the additional white on the new Ferrari, it's been a bit on the boring side for years now.

Just saw that Williams are likely going to replace the nose with one similar to Mercedes before the first race.

I love this point in the year where we finally get to see the cars.

Neat little comparison of the 2015 & 16 Ferrari's here. Seem to have really tightened up the rear of the car.

That is gorgeous. Looks like they've taken inspiration from the FXX K.

Best looking livery for years that.

Lads, that Ferraris awful. The Scuderia Ferrari logo just behind the driver looks like a big sticker that was slapped on about five minutes before the unveil.

Not sure how they have taken inspiration from the FXX K either. That cars most noticeable design element is the black cabin. It's white on the F1 car.

Looks like a boxier Ferrari. Dreadfully dull livery. M

Oh God that looks awful, has backmarker written all over it.

I just showed that to the Mrs and she said, "...what is it? "

"The new mclaren"

"IS IT.?! Looks awful! "
