Some day today. The munster final was great to watch and a draw seemed a fair result.

Armagh looked very impressive again today and if we (Antrim) were still in there I'd want to avoid both them and Cork in the next round. As it is I'll just have yet another summer of hoping in vain that our hurlers can get anywhere near the likes of Cork or Kilkenny.

And the end of the Louth match was a disgrace. Some of the fans really let themselves down.

You can't condone what some so called fans did after the Louth match but you have to feel so sorry for the players who were absolutely robbed by Meath today. Today has defined this years championship for all the wrong reasons though, bad officiating and fans acting like a bunch of friggin animals.

Joe Sheridan acted like a right banana split after the goal as well. strawberry floating wanker.

Can't believe I forgot to come in here and gloat about the mighty Antrim's defeat of the dastardly Dubs in the SHC!

Antrim for the all-Ireland...maybe :shifty:

Deary me, seems like this thread is well visited!

Well done Cork yesterday, we never looked like troubling them really, though the Tip/Galway game was a great spectacle.

Saturday's football was pretty awful quality-wise: particularly Monaghan's bend over and take it approach to the Kildare game. Seems as though the Tyrone match took too much out of them, but Kildare do look to be the most in-form team in Ireland at the minute.

The only consolation to those Irishmen who no longer have a dog in the race is that we get to see the Dubs get battered by Tyrone again. If we lose the Dubs and Kerry in the next round I'd be a happy bunny. :P

The hype machine will be back at it tomorrow.

Kerry, though.

Its Corks Championship to lose now. Thought it would be ridiculous to see Meath win after all the controversy.

Oh god, Photeks going to be unbearable if Dublin actually win it this year. Better change the topic title....

Two decent matches and as much as it pains me to say it the last week has been what this years championship has needed. The Galway-Tipperary match was easily the best hurling match I have seen since last years final and todays results should liven up the football championship at long last which apart from Sligo and Louth has been pretty shite to be honest.

Kildare are going to run Down ragged in a few weeks time. That or be completley burned out, either way should be fun to watch. Im really regretting not putting a few bob on Cork now.

We can definitely beat Cork on that showing. Just hope we haven't lost momentum by the Down game next Sunday.

So sad I didn't get to see this game. Seeing all those teary eyes Dubs on the Hill would have made my year.
