An interesting read on the "curse" of Mayo.

Moral of the story is that you should always respect a funeral. Even if the funeral didn't actually exist.

Well Connolly electing to kick it instead of retaining play with 90 seconds to go is a Curse, if not exactly the same kind. :x

How Dublin ended that half with all their players is a mystery. Small is a banana split.

And Mayo look to have strawberry floated this now.

So the Galway board passed a motion that might see the Galway hurlers leave the Leinster Championship and go play in Munster. There's no way the GAA would let that happen, right? While Galway haven't pushed Kilkenny as hard as most people hoped they have still been a serious addition to the Leinster Championship and putting them in Munster would make for a ridiculously lopsided championship.

It would streamline things though, just have Kilkenny play the "Munster" champions and be done with it. The sooner they abandon the provincial format, in both codes, the better, it really is kneecapping the whole championship structure.

13-13 Kerry v Dublin in Tralee.

34 unbeaten, if they don't lose against Roscommon next week it'll be a new record. Different class we are. :datass:

So that record looks like it's Dublin's now.

Nice to see them achieve it by beating the absolute shite out of Roscommon. Because strawberry float Roscommon.
