It just seems to me like a massive stretch to say that Ish just happens to run into Ellie 1500 miles away from where they found his notes.

Its not even a theory, it's a terrible GR in joke.

Who's to say he didn't start out looking for fireflies, his route may have varied but his general direction would take him west, not impossible he went to Colorado.

The great thing about the theory is that it can't be proved or disproved, so believe what you want.

Questions aside, Ish would make a good DLC. Exploring his return from sea, collapse of his sewer town and leading onto where he went next. It's likely he would turn to despair after all the crap he saw and losing the children.

I prefer the theory that Tess became David.

The soldiers story in Left Behind was originally more Ish letters so even if it technically can't be proven wrong it's common knowledge that it was never the creator's intention for Ish to be David.

My personal theory is that Ish is Sam's robot toy.

It started out as a joke played on me in a email (strawberry float you, Jim. strawberry float. You.) which I then mentioned on here and some people misread as fact.

+1 For Ish starring sequel.

The only reason I wouldn't want an Ish sequel is that I wouldn't want to revisit environments.

I thought the way the world collapsed was so cool in this that I want to see what happened to other areas and how other societies coped.

I think you could have Ish and totally new areas (maybe cover what happened in the first game via playable prologue and then move somewhere completely new), but I wouldn't be against a sequel set somewhere else in the world with completely new cast.

May replay this on a tougher difficulty later on in the year, but still have to do the single player DLC also included in the Remastered version. How long will that take to complete?

No more than a few hours.

Grounded is a bitch. So unforgiving in combat. Number of one hit kills is monstrous.

Ok fantastic. Will probably spread it out over two weekends. It was an epic experience playing an hour or so every week for a few months and by the end i really felt i had been on a long, epic journey!

I don't get why these games have online multiplayer - are they really needed? Surely people would prefer more single player dlc?

The multiplayer is really good. It's caused me to keep with the game longer than an extra 10 hours of the campaign would have.

Some people do like them, some doesn't.

I'm more of a single player guy myself. I haven't touched the multi player side of TLOU yet, due to shitty net connection that I can't join any TLOU games (got a warning that it must be above a set speed of Mbps as well.)

So I wouldn't bother with them until I get my own place, with a faster ISP.

they're made by completely different teams... Plus the last of.us multiplayer is great. There's nothing like.it.
