EVERYBODY should buy Hamilton's Great Adventure, which has been cut to a stupidly low £3.99 on PSN. It's a brilliant top-down adventure/puzzler. There's a trial available...

Install the firmware, but before I can use the Store I have to scroll through the seemingly never ending Terms & Conditions.

So the new 'improved' web browser. YouTube XL now doesn't work properly (& is still capped at 240p). The PlayStation website spends ages having to load in everything. And then finally...went on the Sony website. Crashed the entire console. Restarted. Went on it again. Crashed the machine a second time. Restart. I'm then greeted by the following:

Sometimes Sony, you really are the absolute gooseberry fools.

i had the exact same problem and the browser now just crashes, rubbish.

I think so. It's a bit clunky and the camera needs quite a bit of nannying, but it's really challenging and interesting.

I didn't like it at all, but some people did.

For me its not a patch on HotD Overkill or Dead Space Extraction.

I liked RE: UC but I agree with HSH that Overkill & DS: Extraction is better games overall.

Is Persona 1 £8.99 perma, or will it go up in price after some time has passed?

It is pretty good actually yes.

Now go and buy a Wii where all these games are coming from.

Anyone try the twisted metal demo yet?

I thought it would be terrible going by the tutorial but it was pretty good fun in multiplayer.

Cost a little more than I'd like, but if these are untampered ROMs like the PSone Classics then this is great news. How is Vita at running PS1/PS2 classics?

It doesn't run them.

It will run PSone soon, but no plans for PS2.

Why doesn't it run them ffs?! Virtual console on the 3DS is a great selling point so having ps2 games on Vita would make such a good bullet point.

I can't see myself interested unless they do consider making them compatible with Vita somewhere down the line. Either that, or release an import range similar to the PSOne releases, and release things that never made it here.

This, TBH. I can't remember anything that I'd want from the PS2 unless it was utterly bargainous. Portability would help, too, but for the most part, the retro rehash thing is leaving me fairly cold at the moment.

(Having said that, I've been fondling my newly-CFWd PSP as if I'm the first person ever to do it, and it's great. Super Mario All Stars. )

I think the classics are for people like me who don't want retro games to be forgotten, and for younger gamers who never played them the first time around and can't get hold of the discs.

I can see that, and I'm all for it, but I've trudged through a few PS1 game snow on either my PS3 or the PSP, and they haven't stood up well at all. I loved Cool Boarders back in the day: LOVED it. It is an unplayable mess.

Obviously the pS2 games will feel fresher, but it still holds limited appeal for me.
