I made a typo; it’s £13 rather than £12... and that is the PS Plus subscriber price. I guess this has probably destroyed the purchasing plan for you guys :( . “jawa should refund us the difference” etc.

First he persuades me to by MGS:V and then 2 months later it shows up as a free game.

Then he tells me the Wipeout collection is £12 when it is actually £13.

All these lies from what we thought was a trusted forum friend.

Jawa, do you even have any neighbours?

I need to come clean and admit that I am one of Karl’s alts. Karl and Gecko decided that they wanted to bring more diversity to the forum, so they created a forty-ish bloke who claims that his favourite games are PES, Fallout 3, Sonic Boom and Animal Crossing. The “neighbours” and “wasps” stories were just late-night wheezes fuelled by gin. They didn’t think anyone would believe these episodes but the new character slotted into the GR scene quite well.

But, here we are - a small slip up over the price of a game and the truth has been discovered.

Unless it's too late I'd say forget it. I bought it on the switch at Launch for £16. Terrible. OTT commentary and muzak. Only 1 playable court from start (not unlocked any others despite getting the kids to play it for a bit)

Save your cash

I've heard mixed reviews of it, Shipwreck on the CAGcast thinks it's pretty decent apart from the shot timing being a bit off. My kids all love basketball so I've only got it for multiplayer anyway.

That is so cunning, especially with Karl being only 12 himself.

I got The Last of Us in the sale this morning on the PSN app, set it to download and was looking forward to a night on it. Then I got strawberry floated over by yet another firmware. update which prevented the download. :x

They won't see another penny from me.

 . I must have quoted the standard (i.e. non-PS Plus) price for TLOU:R... but, hey, I owed each of you one pound for the Wipeout pricing fiasco and now you’ve saved over three quid on TLOU. Overall, it would seem that you owe me two golden coins.

Nah... keep it and treat yourself to a Flat White whilst you’re at work today. A wee bonus from checking out jawaBargainsTM.

I already own TLOU:R and so you still owe me £1.

Plus £100 for the breach of trust.

Plus my £150 admin fee.

Now we know where the cold hard cash for this chair came from. Affiliate linking to the ps store.

Scum. Sub-human scum.

Have you been mis-sold JBI (Jawa Bargain Insurance) in the past 7 days? If so you may be entitled to compensation.

Bought Wipeout Omega Collection earlier for £12 odd. I'm always crap but it looks sooooo good and my Pro and 4k 65" TV should show it off to the max.

Also set the Star Wars Battlefront 2 Beta off for d/l too. Might get on after the England game later
