Actually I'm playing on vita. Definitely feels like a handheld game to me.

It took about 15 minutes of play before it got right under my skin. Looks and plays brilliantly.

Sorry to keep banging on about Steamworld Heist, but it's amazing. The aesthetics, the balance of the gameplay... lush.

It has a very Nintendo feel about it - everything feels 'right'. Reminds me of Advance Wars in a lot of ways.

Anyone who likes Binding of Isaac or Rogue Legacy should definitely check out Crypt of the Necrodancer. Took me a little time to get into it but it's really, really good (particularly on Vita).

I've got a PS+ question. I'm sure I remember reading back in the PS3 days, that if you 'bought' the free game through PS+, that if you're sub then expired, you were unable to buy that game outright? Is this still the case? I don't really know if a constant PS+ sub is something I'll keep up, so right now I'm not making use of the 'free' games at all. I don't want to lock myself out of something like Day of the Tentacle.
