Wasn't too interested in the sale last week but there's a good chunk of decent stuff in there. Hovering over the buy button for Crypt of the Necrodancer, Steamworld Heist, Abzu, Song of the Deep, PAC-MAN CE2 and maybe Shantae. Too many good games.

If you haven't already got it, I recommend Pac-Man 256. I've only played CE2 demo but I preferred 256.

Wow, these deals end really quickly compared to the typical PSN sale time of 2 weeks. Sadly I've picked up far too much stuff over Black Friday and in the run up to Christmas. So hopefully the likes of Slain and A Boy And His Blob are in the Christmas PSN sale. Or come to Plus before I buy them. :shifty:

Is The Witness any good? I sort of like the iOS puzzle games like The Room 1-3, Moument Valley or any other similar games.

£15 sounds reasonable though. Hmm

I was wondering this, I have played through the Room 1-3 with my wife. It'd be good to get her onto a PS4 game :D

As long as there isn't too much wandering around, I think she'll like it.

Maybe a watch a Let's Play?

Skip the first minute. (It's not a spoiler really, just something I think is better experienced first hand.)

Cheers man. I'll have a quick look at that later, trying to avoid too many spoilers.

Me and my Mrs have played through most of it together, it makes a great shared experience. Playing it with her has been one of my best gaming memories

Digital Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate Edition (So basically Deluxe Edition and the Season Pass) is also on sale on the PSN store for £24.99.
I didn't hugely enjoy the game when I rented it, but I bought it for the X-Wing VR stuff, and because the new Death Star levels look like they could be fun.

I'm hovering over Witness - from what I've seen it's some puzzles in an attractive environment - but I can't understand why it's such a premium price - even at a discount it seems a lot for what it appears as from trailers/playthroughs.

Can anyone that owns it explain if and how it justifies it's price? Has anyone bought it for £30 and felt it was well worth the money? Genuine question since there are so many high quality games that are far cheaper...

Have bought Steamworld Heist and Crypt, both are also crossbuy. Played a bit of SH on Vita, feel a bit guilty for not supporting it at full price given how much I liked Steamworld Dig. SH seems like it could be as good, if not better (and it reminds me of Laser Squad on the Speccy which is a good thing).

I'm with ForeverGamer in the 'never heard of them' camp. Seriously those better not be the end of year Plus games as I was seriously hoping it would be Knack :x

It's so clever, there's no way to convey how varied the puzzles really are and how you work out the solutions without playing it. Also, there's loads and loads of things hidden in plain sight all over the place that are great fun to find.

It's currently at the top of my GOTY list

If it wasn't for driveclub multiplayer, I'd let my plus lapse now. Bar the odd one here or there, the games have been utter shite.
