PS+ Thoughts:

I'm happy with Batman, though surprised it wasn't Origins. It's not a new game, and an odd choice given that we got City a couple of years ago, but it's an excellent game. I haven't played it for years, so could see myself replaying it very easily, and having it on the HDD will be very convenient. I've got the GOTY edition on steam, but don't have a PC capable of running it, so it's a solid addition for me.

Spelunky- Yesh! Especially so if it's cross-buy. Again, got it on steam, but I'd be much more likely to play it on the Vita in 10 minute (read: 45 seconds) bursts. Been hoping this would pop up on PS+ soon, and this alone pretty much justifies the sub for the month.

Pix the Cat- I know next to nothing about it, but the trailer looked a bit Snake/Pac-Man-y, so I'm in. Cross-buy too!

Dust- I've heard good things about it, so I'll give it a try.

Rainbow Moon- Meh, not interested. Cross-buy is a nice addition though, and hopefully more and more titles have this option.

D&D- Don't really know what it is, and not interested either.

In the sales:

The Rayman games are a steal. Despite owning it on the Vita I'll pick up Rayman Origins on the PS3 as well as it's only £3.59. Rayman Legends is only £5.84 and should be bought by everyone who hasn't played it yet. Are Rayman 3 or BG&E HD worth it for anyone who hasn't played them before?

I sort of want Child of Light and Valiant Hearts, but I think I'll wait for them to go sub-£5, which I can see happening over Christmas, or on the IGC.

I really enjoyed Rogue Legacy on Steam, and it seems ideally suited to a cross-buy Vita/console combo, so it's worth picking up while it's still £6.65. I've played it recently, so I'll wait and hope it pops up on PS+.

Having loved Hang-On back in the day on the Master System, I might go for Super Hang-On for £1.52. Has anyone here tried it? I'll probably get Crazy Taxi (£2.24 on PS3) and might get Nights (£2.96) too. Are they decent ports, or should I opt for the Steam version instead?

Stealth Inc. Ultimate Edition (cross-buy £3.19) looks to be a good price to, as it includes the DLC packs.

I literally picked it up properly yesterday whikst on train to business trip. Will the PS+ version with cross save to ps3 overwrite the psvita save?

Good to know as in a round about way it's the PS+ title I am looking forward to most.

Cross-save is part of the game as standard so I don't see why it wouldn't be part of the game when it becomes a PS+ game.

For some reason my purchase wasn't the cross save version. Just checked on the PS3's store and download history and nope, I'm only entitled to Vita version. Hopefully the free PS+ version will let me download onto ps3 and pick up the cross save I have going

I dont buy many games but I already have all of those. Got Spelunky on PC years ago when it was free. I think Batman and dust were part of humble bundles, so they cost practically nothing either.

The only one that interests me then is Drive club, but I'll be buying the full game anyway.
My PS+ has just expired so looks like I will hold off on renewing for now.

Ah, I get you now. Unfortunately, cross-save doesn't always mean cross-buy.

Don't you need PS+ to play online now? You might want to renew if you are buying Driveclub and want to play it online.

Vita friends: new update is out now. Go to settings and update it yourself if it hasn't done so automatically.

Oh yeah :x
Well, waiting for a fair price on Driveclub, so might not get it for a week or two after release.

A brilliant game nonetheless, for anyone that hasn't played it, and one of seven (if you have all three systems), for something costing less than four quid a month.

I'm saying "pretty decent value".

I think that the fact that it's so old means that it's likely that most people already have it.

PS+ October offerings are up on the SEN store. I searched for 'em, dunno if they're up properly.

For those that aren't aware, DriveClub PS+ has been delayed :o

I wish we would get more sales throughout the year that are actually enticing. Most of what is on offer really isn't priced so well imo.

It seems that Sony have got round fixing "get the PS Plus version of Vita, and other platform version for free forever" loophole as I had to add different platform versions of Rainbow Moon and Spelunky.

Clever girl.

I had no interest in DriveClub, but it's kind of annoying that they delayed the Plus line up because of DriveClub, only to have DriveClub get delayed. At least last months dreaded line up of Plus games is over and done with now. Added all the October ones I want. :D
