That's sound good. Still impressed that I got Destiny 2: Forsaken this month on Plus, not to mention several other games. It's really the only reason I keep my Plus subscription. I add them all to my library but find I don't generally play very many of them - just the big-hitters. Every so often they cough up one or two top-tier 'freebies'.

Its actually kind of genius, if you get into Destiny 2 and want to play the latest version that everyone else is playing...basically having the base game does you no good at all. You've got to pay exactly the same amount as you would have done anyway to play Forsaken.

It's basically just a great big demo to get people in to buy the Forsaken content.

I'm not saying that's necessarily a bad thing.

Not sure about that either. You get people into Diablo 3, or even just get more awareness about the game out there. It can only be good for the sales of the Switch version.

I'm pretty much going to use the ps4 version as a test drive for the switch one.

I imagine Diablo 3 would translate exceptionally well to the Switch.

It should do as the graphics aren't the main attraction of the game just a nice bonus.
They just need to make sure the game runs smoothly at a decent fixed frame rate and it'll be just as good on the Switch as it is on the One X.

I've been through the game on base ps4 (mage build) and One X (Necromancer build) and the graphics while a bit nicer on the One X didn't make the game better. It's a game all about trying to make better and better characters and running about smacking the gooseberry fool out of stuff and should be perfect for quick games on a train/bus ride to and from work.

I can see it being great on the Switch .

To be honest, I think it might be more of an issue when the PS3 and Vita games stop, because the cross buy stuff means we're still getting loads of things. My favourite games in September weren't the "main" ones.

That said, Laser League looks fun to me.

I'll be honest, I kinda wrote that post out of frustration that the rumoured Diablo 3 wasn't happening.

I hadn't realised Laser League was by the people who did Olli Olli, so I'll be very happy to give that a go.

I didn't think D3 would've been really, due to the Switch port coming out in a month or so. Blizzard would've been utterly daft to do that and expect people on Switch to buy it.

Dead By Daylight was only last month though (and is actually really good) - and it'll actually get ongoing support rather than being mired in licencing issues

Really happy about ROM 2064. Will be great to play on my Vita that refuses to admit defeat and end its backlog.

I still think we're getting more than enough at present to justify the money - my most recent payment was £40 for 15 months. Less than the price of one new AAA game...

Even once the cross play stuff finishes in a few months, we'll still be getting a minimum of 24 games a year. I wonder if some people would only be happy if we get two AAA games per month, looking at the fantastically entitled posts you see in some corners of the Internet...

Not everyone wants the free games though, I know I don't play them. You have to pay the full price even if you just want to play your own games online.

Thinking about it. I'm pretty sure Rocket League was my most played PS+ game and I didn't play that a lot until I got a PC.

Tried Laser League on Xbone and didn't like it, personally thought it was a bit on the shite side. Have wanted to give the Friday 13th game a try seeing as I grew up watching them.
