Was it also you who couldn't get on with the game?

I enjoyed P4G from the get go, the theme and the video set the mood brilliantly. Hell, in its own way the video can even be seen as somewhat dark and creepy. (The way it incorporates how the murder victims are found into the upbeat video as er, stationary dancers..)

Worth it for the opening theme/intro on its own.

Having just resumed playing P4G after a gap of about a year I couldn't disagree with this more. Horrible intro music imo

Fairly sure that most people that trash the lineups each month only do so because they haven't heard of most of the games, therefore they must be gooseberry fool.

In some cases, it's absolutely true. This month being a prime example. And if they're not flat out bad games, they just have extremely limited appeal. There have been loads of great PS+ games but they've been too few and far between. In the past 6 months I've enjoyed Resident Evil HD, Tearaway Unfolded, Severed, LBP3, VVVVV & Transformers. That's 6 games out of about 30 and I've tried every single one of them.

I'd argue if you've averaged one free game a month that you've enjoyed over the past 6 months then that's not too bad.

Personally I think it's been a load of crap, mighty fine if your a lover of Indie games and enjoy that gooseberry fool but I don't.

Good job I'm not short on games to play.

How about just one, then? It worked fine on the PS3. :) What have they honestly got to lose by giving away the likes of Knack, Killzone, Driveclub & Infamous?

It did, towards the end of the console lifecycle. And we've actually had a decent chunk of the last two.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Collection is on offer at £24.99 on the Store. It contains MGS V: The Phantom Pain, MGS V: Ground Zeroes and the DLC bits and bobs. !

Yes it was me. Turned out my last save was Xmas Day 2015! I had 9hrs saved play time so a decent amount to form an impression.

Always, gone back into it and almost dropped it for good as couldn't progress. Was just walking aimlessly speaking to same NPCs with same conversations time and time again. I ended up failing and being sent back a week and stumbled on someone who enabled me to progress. Now just starting a dungeon to rescue some snotty punk (Kenji I think he's called).

The next hour will probably determine if I stick with it or not for good

Has it been confirmed whether the £10 from the March promotion has to be spent before end April or just applied to your account? The email that accompanies the code says it has to be redeemed and spent.

I can't trace any confirmation, Rex, but I'd be amazed if it did have to be spent by the end of April. The original guidelines indicated cared that the code itself had to be redeemed by end April... the later email text is probably incorrect.

Having said that, with the amount of stuff on sale at the moment it could be a good time to spend it anyway :-).

I'll play AlienNation, and will give the others the standard 5 minutes to impress.

Tales from the Borderlands is strawberry floating brilliant. If you've not played that, this will be the best PS+ month for quite some time.

Sounds good. Anyone heard if they're giving away the Vita version as well?
