Was announced with a trailer in 2013 and finally got released last year, original announcement trailer was this...

I've actually really enjoyed playing Knack. I'd have wanted more variety if I had I paid full price but for (sort of) free it's great!

Aside from Resogun, the PS4 had a slightly underwhelming launch line-up. Knack suffered because people were hoping for interstellar games from their new console and Knack just wasn't quite it. Also, the name is a bit gooseberry fool.

I'm sure its fine, though.

I'm playing through Knack 2 now. It doesn't feel much different to the original (mechanics wise) but does have a difficulty level setting.

Its not massively long, but its longer than I initially thought it was.

Only took me a week or so to play through all of it, but that was more because I was so engrossed by the game.

I think its a longer game than Shadow of the Colossus.

Well, if I'm being honest and I can't hear the music (I'm Deaf) or don't know if they do tell the narrative of the story. As there were no subtitles at all.

I guess its hard for a hearing person to know exactly what you are missing if you cut out all the audio from a game, but from what I remember at least, the story is pretty much told completely through the visuals.

I presume you understood the premise of the game by the end?

Maybe its just me, but I don't normally play games with the sound muted.

I don't think that's Lewis' point. I think his point is that it isn't hard for you to get an idea as you could just mute your TV on any game, even one you've already played to at least get some idea.
