Mercier has just won the $10k HORSE for Bracelet #5. He also had a 2nd the other day in the $10k Razz so is on a heater and when someone as run good as Mercier is on a heater... watch out WSOP :dread:

It is vile but so entertaining to watch. Obst played horribly HU for the last 2 hours I saw.

I believe he had a side bet with Selbst for a lot of money think its to win 2 bracelets but she bought out of the bet before this event.

Rumours are the bet was for 1.2 million $

Was 180 to 1 to win 3, 10k vs 1.8m. She bought out before he made heads up in the 10k Razz. Mercier had previously turned down 100k from her, so got to be north of that.

May have made a couple of board game related purchases for the weekend.

:shifty:

Hopefully they arrive on time.

Obviously the biggest question surrounding this weekend is whether or not there be a repeat of this:

PaperMacheMario wrote:Dealer: "All in and a call. Aces against... Aces."
DML*high pitched camp voice*: "Oooh! Oh my god!! Aces vs. Aces!!"

Ok guys, a couple of things have come up on the Friday, so I probably won't be ready until 5pm. Gotta go see the family briefly etc. Also if we can make sure we are away by 1pm on the Monday, only because I need to get lots of stuff ready for going on holiday and I won't get another chance.

 I'd just be happy to get through the weekend without everyone accusing me of being the traitor.

That's not going to happen Jack.

Are any of you allergic to cats? If so we may need to de-cat a room.

Also board games arrived today. THE GAME JUST CHANGED.

Hellmuth had a shot at #15 last night but came up short. Mercier still crushing POTY.

I was seriously disappointed in the lack of poker action at the casinos during our meet - unfortunate timing on our part, perhaps and I definitely had a great time playing games - but we deffo need another meet this year IMO.
