Do you have an audience to entertain during every gaming session?

Nah, not really.
But I rarely play online multiplayer games, and if I'm playing a single player game I usually just want to relax and not be bothered. That does sound pretty unsociable actually. :fp:

Idiots in this thread actually believing that voice chat is not integral to videogaming.

If it wasn't for the stupid divisions most you guys make between console gamers and the common enemy, then half of you would have the other half on ignore with some of the gooseberry fool that you guys come up with.

'i prefer no voice chat, guess gaming is now about loners who need to talk to other people to play a game'

'I don't need voicechat, no one else should have it either'

'Sony says voicechat ain't possible on ps3? Greatest decision ever made for the sake of true gaming'

Bitch please

Of course they are.

Remains to be seen if Ninty are going to do it.

Cross game voice chat is important to annoy your mates while playing a totally different game to them and knowing when to change game just as they all join you.

I dont know why, but that sounds strawberry floating incredible.

I don't think anyone even said that (other than the Demon's Souls argument)

It's a feature I don't care about but I can appreciate that it's important to some, so obviously it's good to have as an option.

I'm curious how it is integral to videogaming. As far as I'm aware it's not compulsory.

Some people use it, some people don't. There is no master race here.

I rememeber having some good chats with Fishy on here whilst playing an entirely different game for me its an essential feature I missed on PS3 and why I have always played less on it and more on 360.

Good times.

I miss those chats. Still get on with suzz and sbk sometimes but less than I used to.

If you have friends abroad its a very cheap way to to talk to them without using the phone.
