Yeah you played Piano man on the keys

My and my missus thought those blokes were gonna kick off if they didn't get their way :fp:
I would say the sound problem was a highlight but I am sure you will fix it. Sorry for tripping over the speaker on the floor twice

Nice to have met you Dave!!

Honestly, those blokes were not the most troublesome people that night, it was one person in a group that have attended the first two nights. Words will be had if/when they arrive at the next event, and if they don't like those words they will be asked to leave. we're going to be reworking the front of stage (again) to not only guarantee a walking path to the ladies loos/staircase but to also 'protect' the speaker from being tripped over.

The sound problem is a vicious circle to some degrees, the louder you put the music the louder certain people will shout to be heard over the music. We'll work on it though.

Good to see you again, hope you had fun when you did get up on stage, hope to see you in December.

On a purely selfish mode, i'd say more music and less talking. They can go upstairs and talk to the card trick guy instead ;)

Not selfish at all, and I totally agree. If you're down there to play and want to chat between being on stage that's fine, but there were a few groups of people that seemed to be down there more to shout at each other. As I said, we're talking all ideas into consideration and hopefully we can come up with something that can enable RCL to continue for many months to come. We've also had our first Private Booking confirmed and a few more in the pipeline. If nothing else this helps us continue onwards from a financial sense.

Everyone would laugh at me because I only play on medium, but I could bant the night away still.
I'm not sure how they've done, actually. They are only on the 360 version, and decided to be 80 points as opposed to 160. I see my mate in a couple of weeks, I'll ask him.

I'm one of the event organizers and whilst I play on Hard at home, at the event I play on medium, mainly because I could end up being a fill in member for anyones band on any song and I want to at least hit 99% of the notes.

As Sefi mentioned we get all sorts turning up, we had someone get 6% on easy guitar on Saturday... really, medium is nothing to be ashamed of!

I remember way back when playing the first Guitar Hero, I used to struggle even on easy.

Now with RB it's expert at home hard in public.

Man, people don't play on Expert in public? I remember the good old days where I used to spend my lunch hours showing off ace-ing BYOB on Guitar Hero 4 in Selfridges 8-) Usually on the bass, because it just spams open notes so the track looks a lot busier.

I find Standard harder than Pro so tend to avoid it.
