I have two of them. Elvis on drums is a bit of a nightmare if I remember rightly.

I’m on the fence for picking up the season pass, so I might cave and then I’ll have all three songs

Decided to dig out all of my Rock Band 2 kit from my parent's loft - I've got the drums and add-on cymbal, microphone and a Guitar Hero Les Paul guitar. Just can't find the game disc

I'm guessing this will all still work on a PS5?

Yup as long as you have a the original dongles if they’re wireless.

RB2 game itself won’t work though, PS4 and PS5 only have RB4 playable but all of your DLC will work that you may have purchased

RB4 goes on sale fairly often in October/November to coincide with the anniversary and Black Friday

Fair enough. RB4 has the biggest track list yet. It's mostly in the OP but there has probably been another 20-30 indie artists added since in free updates.

Damn it would have been cool to do it again. It must have been over 2 years now since we last hit the top league. I guess with the top players consolidating in to only a handful of teams it's almost impossible now for anyone who wants to play for fun.

We could definitely have made it, but we needed those drum scores - it's absolutely necessary to have top tier spotlights nowadays sadly. Even now a couple of us in tandem could probably grind up most of those additional points and give ourselves a chance at it.

This week's DLC is strawberry floating smashing again btw, Mercy Me is just phenomenal. I'd long given up hope of seeing Alkaline Trio in RB!

Jesus. I remember importing the first game (or the hardware at least) and buying a PS3 especially. Also had some sort of virtual credit card so I could buy DLC on the US PSN (Entropay?)

Some of the best "lads nights in" I ever had.

Just seen that now that Epic have bought Harmonix, they're shutting down the servers for everything pre-Rock Band 4 Luckily it seems like only the very first Rock Band had online achievements (unless I've missed anything obvious), so there's still a bit of time to grind those out before they disappear forever. Think it's the end of the month that they all go down

Anyone still got a 360 set up for some OG Rock Band grinding?

Rock Band 3 has pseudo-online achievements depending on whether you've already bought certain DLC before it went off the service(Vesuvius, I think). If you have that, you should be fine. Maybe check L:RB as well?

Rock Band 3 is just all the pro stuff which won't ever be done now as I don't have those equipments any more.

I take it that RB 1 and 2 don't work on Xbone? Never played it since I had completed both.
