Hopefully this goes though, then I may get this game.

I've actually managed to get through the game without encountering the summon bug. Mainly by not changing my demons mid-battle.

I do keep getting a bug in the Auction House however. If there's an 'accident' purchase then it crashes out the whole game 9/10 times.

Is it worth playing The Witcher before the Witcher 2? I definitely want to play Witcher 2, and on the one hand I feel a bit OCD about going into it without playing the first one, but on the other hand, I have so many games to play already, I'm concerned that if I play the first one and merely find it 'okay', then it might put me off the 2nd game.

Yeah that bug is pretty much unavoidable, and whilst you can just not change demon in battle it'll obviously prove pretty difficult for a lot of players. Bit of a shame it launched with these crippling bugs, especially after we waited so long but at least there is a patch coming. I bought it on launch but heard about the bugs so I haven't started it yet.

Rainbow moon. Cracking little game. Battle mechanics are simple but require decent level of strategy. Quests are simplistic and characters are barely defined but it's polished and addictive.

Just pre-ordered Persona 4 Arena from GAME.
Before you cry out that it's GAME, it was only 14p more than ShopTo, and GAME give you the soundtrack on Vinyl (exclusive to them) ontop of all the other limited edition stuff.

Loads using emulators :shifty:

I'd recommend Half-Minute Hero. Haven't played much of it, but it has impressed me so far.

PostPlay Ys because it is strawberry floating wonderful
by Mr.Jeff » Wed Jul 03, 2013 9:01 pm

YS Oath in Felghana's a good starting point (here is a video showing how fun boss fights are*)and if that sits well, try out Ys Origins. Also by the smae company is Xanadu Next which has an englisg patch floating around and has a nice Diablo-esque vibe.

Generally though, JRPG and PC don't normally mix unless you're after games which feature sex scenes floating around.

*The video obviously contains spoilers for a boss but also contains a spoiler list of all the bosses at the start. View at own discretion.

Ghostlight trying to get Devil Survivor 2 released in Europe:

I can see why they have gone with this method, but regardless I just hope DS2 won't be bug riddden like DSO was.

Why are they bothering with the vanilla DS2 when there's an Overclocked version in the works?

Heard this question on the IGN podcast: If you had a choice one of the below games that never excised what would you pick

MGS
Final Fantasy VII
Zelda OOT
Chrono Trigger

PLAY | Persona 3 Reloaded [3h]
WATCH | HiJack S1, Red Dwarf S7, Dexter S2
RACE | Chew Valley 10k (June), GNR (Sept), Cardiff Half (Oct)

I think all of those games are fantastic, but it'd have to be MGS for me.

Wind Waker is far more overated than OOT
