So I just went on my first run in a long time. I go to the gym and do use the bike/rowing machines and consider myself fairly healthy, but after 10/15 mind I had a tight chest whenever I took a deep breath? Bit concerned, is there anything obvious that it could be?
Think I've had the tight chest feeling before, but not so quickly.
The run was in a park which did have quite a lot of dust/pollen and is quite windy today (in the S of France
)so would that have had an impact?
Feel fine now, a little bit tired, but has anyone had this before or any ideas of what it could be?
