I hate to say it but I think I'm giving up on the idea of ever beating 20 minutes. It hurts quite a lot and takes significant mental strength to achieve what I'm running now, and I'm not exactly untested or untrained. Knocking a further 10% off my time just seems totally unrealistic.
Don't give up! It can be mentally tough to run 6.30m/m but if you are prepared then perfectly do-able.
Ask yourself, have you done everything training wise to be able to run that pace (intervals, hill reps, strides etc)? Are you the leanest and lightest you can be? Have you selected a Park run that is suitable (flat, fast, has pacers). Have you run eye-balls out at the event or run a touch within the comfort zone?
Essentually, do you REALLY want it or is it something that you think you can do.
