True, wasn't trying to suggest that my time was slow overall - more that it didn't "feel" very quick to me at the time if you see what I mean? I've not really got much experience at "jogging" so to speak - I used to do lots of 200m and 400m running so any time I'm not effectively sprinting full speed still feels a bit odd to me!
Got a new PB for 5K yesterday - down from 27:22 to 26:08! Also I'm starting to feel like I've got a bit more in the tank at the end of a run which is nice, I'm considering starting to add in a longer run every now and then to see if I can get up to a 10K.
