Lower Decks 5th season will be the last but SNW has got a season 4.

I'm glad SNW has a 4th season but I'm sad Lower Decks is going to end. It's been a good time consistently since the start.

They should replace Lower Decks with a sequel called Upper Decks following the misadventures of Captain Boimler and First Officer Mariner.

I'll be sad to see it go. It was nice to see something that celebrated the weird and ridiculous parts of Trek while still being respectful of the franchise and it's values.

Feeling a bit down in general on where Trek seems to be going at the moment.

I've got little interest in them expanding the Discovery timeline with Starfleet Academy (Which I assume will have.... Tilly, in it. ) and the Section 31 movie.

I'm glad Strange New Worlds is still boldly going, but with Discovery and Lower Decks both ending after five seasons I'm worried we've not got much longer with it either.
Not to mention the fate of Prodigy.

I'm still hopeful for something to come out of Picard, be that Legacy or something else.

So yeah it's a mixed bag going forward I think.

I'd only just started watching Lower Decks (blitzed through the four seasons in about a month), so of course it's finishing now I jinxed it, sorry guys.
