Chalky speaks the truth, I dislike him because all he does is just hit the ball hard repeatedly, whilst Federer plays with so much skill and such fantastic shots, that and he's a fantastic bloke, Nadal always comes across as a miserable tosser to me when he loses.

My cousin got me tickets for the Aberdeen Cup (Scotland V England) but I don't know any details for it. *researches*

Can I come?

Sure can. We'll kidnap Herbi and he can bring us drinks while we laze about.

I hate Nadal and you will have to excsue the fact that I index things when I'm pissed but

1) He has one big arm, his left. The other, his right, is puny by comparison.
2) his overly long drying off between points, which is poor sportsmanship
3) His snidey looks at his opponent as he does the "drying off" thing
4) His uncle was known as the beast of barcelona when he played for Barca.
5) where am I?

 Did you see the Aus Open this year? Federer was crying so hard in the middle of his speech he had to stop and get off the stage.

ANYWAY

Safina. Someone needs to hire her a sports psychologist. She chokes harder than her brother even.

Are you just posting without thinking in this thread?

How you can even compare the two in that aspect is beyond me.

Bork said Nadal was a miserable tosser when he loses; I've rarely seen anyone more miserable after losing than Federer in that final.

While he's had some injuries, Safin's poor discipline and bad temper are his worst enemies. Safina's now strolled to 3 grand-slam finals and lost. That's definitely psychological.

That wasn't miserable, he was really upset. There's a difference between the two.

Pretty crazy. They usually cut away when that sort of thing happens in football or cricket, but there was no where to go. If something terrible had happened we would have seen it in gory glory.

Do you want him to jump up and down in joy when he loses? Would you like West Ham players to do the same? Players don't like losing and they have reactions to it. I rather have someone miserable then see someone crying.

Eh? What happened? I only started watching in the middle of the second set.

Even though he has never won the French before, and it would set himself as one of the few players in history to achieve a career Grand Slam, I really hope Federer doesn't do the whole collapse to the ground routine he does with every win.

A guy with a Spanish (I think) flag ran onto the court and was all up in Fed's grill.

He managed to wrap the flag around Federer's head before jumping over the net and was subsequently tackled to the ground.
