First person to bagel Djokovic since 2005.

You would say Murray is the least favourite. The other three you just don't know. Wawrinka can go in a final against anyone and blow them off the court. Thiem beat Nadal last time they met, I know Nadal beat him in Madrid and Barca but the conditions in Rome are much more similar to the French than those two tournaments. Nadal has been fantastic so far but he's not really been tested. It's still a very open tournament.

Nadal and Djokovic have never bagelled each other. That's interesting (to me).

Federers bagel record is remarkable considering he's been on tour nearly 20 years. He received it three times in 1999. But since then only once and that was against peak Rafa in 2008 at the french open final.

Murray is making a bit of a banana split of this, sadly.

He is doing better than I thought he would actually.

He'd lost seven on the bounce when I posted that, the second half of that set was monumental from him. Hope he gets this in four...

Oh well, at least Murray lost. That's cheered me up a little after the election.

Decent tournament for Murray considering his prior form and clay being his least favourite surface. No shame in losing to Stan over five sets. If he can win Queens then he'd have some momentum to take into Wimbledon.

Agreed, didn't expect him to get this far yet alone beat Stan so I think he can definitely take positives.

Nadal getting the better of Thiem so far as I expected. I've seen nothing to suggest he'll take a set!

Yeah, considering his sub-par season it's not the worst result for Murray.

He's shown a lot more fight than Djokovic in going out. I think it's probably good he lost to Thiem. God knows what Nadal would have done to him on current form.

Well I was right about Nadal rolling through Thiem. I expect Stan to put up a better fight but wouldn't be at all surprised to see Nadal win it in 3!

Nah, Stan is beasting and we've never seen them play with both in good form. It's gonna be an amazing final battle.

Again, it's going it exactly the way I thought it would. Nadal just too good here.
