Alright calm down.

That was probably his second best french open campaign behind 2008. You could argue that this was due to his age and how he has been the last few years. But I'd give it to 2008 for the way he beat Federer at his peak in the final.

He's overtaken Sampras too, which is a brilliant achievement.

It's the third time he's won RG without dropping a set, after 2008 & 2010. It presages great things, I hope...

AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini will make his professional tennis debut at an ATP Challenger Tour event in Milan later this month.

There has to be some sort of motivational issue.

Losing to Wawrinka is fair enough. But the other losses he has had this year have been embarrassing. Losing to journeymen and today a lucky loser. I'd let him off against Fognini in Rome but he did get trounced that game.

Doesn't seem to be any energy in his play. The serve has been awful this year. I know he's had a few injuries but those were months ago. The same question can be asked about Djokovic.

He's gonna go down as one of the worst number ones ever.

Predicting the women's draw is impossible due to how erratic they are. But I'll have a go, though I haven't bothered checking the draw to see if this is actually possible

Kvitova, Konta, Pliskova and any player ranked outside the top 40.
