Not surprising - Dimitrov was playing some absolutely cracking stuff at times. Dat backhand :datass:

Nadal always seems to have the edge on Federer, I wouldn't be surprised if it was an anticlimactic straight sets win.

Did say a few months ago that if these two were injury free and Djokovic faded that they would be winning slams and masters before all the Murray fans started saying I was hating on him.

Murray was never a problem for them. Djokovic has been one since 2011 for both Federer and Nadal. He dropped his game after the French open. If he continues to do so, I wouldn't be surprised to see more Fedal grand slam finals. As long as both can stay fit, which is hoping as the sport is dull without them.

Another title for Serena Williams, 23rd Grand Slam. Ridiculous.

Shows how dominant Graff was, she was pro for 17 years I believe whilst serena has been pro for 22 years now. Obviously its very difficult to make comparisons due to the different competitors that they faced and injuries etc.

Good luck Rafa. I think you're going to need it.

Sadly only saw the last set.

Federer was fantastic there. It must mean so much. Not just getting to the final and winning but to beat Nadal after five sets.

Amazing. The quality of his hitting in that last set. He had Nadal in trouble in all of his service games. Phenomenal.
