Yup, hanging them before investigation and trial.

The sign of any proper society.

Well they have been investigated, tried and convicted so...

Do people really think that sacking everyone the kid ever met will stop it happening again

That council and its social services department has some serious failings. The five main players from the social work department and that gooseberry fool for brains paedetriction (how can you miss a broken spine amongst other things?) need removing from their posts and people who can do the job properly brought in. Will it stop another one of these happening? I don't know but with more able people in the right places the odds of it happening again come right down.

Is the death sentence in britain?

Something liked this happened in NZ a year or so ago.

as i wrote in another topic

In NZ two guys have just (finally) been found guilty, for the murder of a little 3 year old, they abused her by, putting her in the dryer, spinning her on the washing line too she fell off, and daily did wrestling moves on her (lifting her up to the roof and smashing her to the ground etc), when they kicked her head in, she died in hospitable. This happened a while ago, a year or so ago (they just got charged today).

When i hear story's like this im like meh, poor kid, but then i think of the little kids i know, and imagine its them.
It breaks my heart and makes me really pissed off.

No.

I've a 6 month year old girl and to imagine anyone harming her is beyond recognition. What is scary, is to think is that my little girl could have been born into (metaphorically) another family that would of treated her in a similar way to baby P. She's such a happy little baby and is always smiling with a great family around her. Makes me very sad to think that some children won't be as lucky.

Not sure if it has been mentioned as I haven't read the thread back but did you hear the interview of the boyfriends ex last night on the news? She seemed sound enough and had gone out with the man in question 14 years earlier. She said that he got pleasure out of harming animals and she recalled an instance once when he would knock out frogs with smelling salts, then go on to break the frogs bones, before waking them up again. What an idiot. F**king do the same to him.

What a awful joke.

It's not even funny in any way. It barely even makes sense...

Front page of the Sun today, it's a bleak picture is all I can say.

Little friends of Baby P DID lay flowers at the spot where his ashes were scattered — on the August anniversary of his death.

Kiddies who played with him during his brief and miserable life also left a toy clown.

That just makes me want to bawl my eyes out.

The stuff in the sun today about it was so heartbreaking to read.
So, so horrible.
There's a horrific picture... apparentlyhte last of baby P which is a semi blurred image of chocolate around his mouth covering the bruises but you can see how awfully treated he's been. its totally heartbreaking.
Sun also had the full documents of every day of the treatment of baby showing all the visits to different specialists etc.

It's heartwrenching

The level of protection these people are going to need inside is going to be prohibitive.

Ergo, they are dead. Within a year.

"She showed no remorse and showed off about how she watched porn while her boyfriend abused the child," a prison source is reported to have said.

"She described her bloke as 'a bit of a nutter' as if it was all quite funny. She said she loved him so would just let him get on with whatever he wanted to do."

Jesus strawberry floating christ.

Hang them.
