Just wondering if anybody else watches his videos? What you think of them etc.

In my opinion, I think it's fantastic that a celebrity is using their public status to try and do something truly productive.

Some of his videos have been very enlightening.

Yeh I really enjoy the ones I've watched. While I don't always agree 100% with what he says, the vast majority of the time he speaks a lot of sense. HI think he would make a great politician (for the people) if he ever does move forward with it.

Whilst some of his ideas get a little muddled when closely scrutinised, I think his general beliefs (be nice to people, stop polluting the planet, redistribute wealth where possible, immigration is good) are sound and get my full backing.

I went to watch his talk with Owen Jones at my local cinema and thought he came across excellently. He readily admitted that he didn't have all the answers but thought it was important for someone with his status as a celebrity to be drawing attention to these issues. Good on him I say.

I can't stand his comedy, but when he's being serious, he drops some serious strawberry floating truth.

He's like the anti Bill O'Reilly, a hammer blow of bullshit.

But pointed in a particular direction against someone even more idiotic than himself and he can show them up to be a fool and make a decent point while doing it.

This whole Revolution bullshit is mind numbingly egotistical though and even dig into it a little and it shows him up to be a Galacticus of hypocrisy.

I understand why people don't like him, I really want to hate him but I just can't. He's just a nice guy and one of the few celebrities who's cutting through the bullshit that's bombarding us.

I don't see how it's egotistical though. He's not trying to make it about him other than anyone else who writes political books. It's his critics who keep calling him a messiah. I don't agree that a revolution can be a peaceful one. The people in charge simply won't let that happen.

95% of his words are bullshit - no more or less than the people he decries tbh - it's just his bullshit veers in from a different angle.

But I admit he is entertaining. An opportunistic idiot, but an entertaining opportunistic idiot.
